Booking
During Full Facility rentals we are closed to the Public. If you are interested in booking for a Private Event please call us for available dates.
Please note: We do not provide refunds but will gladly reschedule your reservation for another day and time.
Simulator Rentals
Come by yourself or bring your friends or family – hourly rate is per Bay and not per person. We strongly recommend that you book online to guarantee you have a Bay, but walk-ins are always welcome.
Children and Youth are welcome but anyone under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.
You can book for one, two, three or four hours online or by giving us a call. If you would like to reserve a Bay for more than four hours, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our Bays
We have 3 Open Bay areas and 1 Private Bay room. These are all available to be booked online or by simply calling us.
The recommended number of Golfers per Bay is 4 -6. If you have a larger group you do have the option to book 2 Bays side by side when available.
You can bring outside food but all drinks must be purchased from Caddies. If you are interested in this option please call us and we can discuss available dates with you.
The Private Bay Room can be rented for a minimum of 4 Hours for $280.00 and it has plenty of room for around 16 people. This reservation comes with your choice of drinks(12) and pizzas(2). Although, Trackman only supports 8 golfers during a round you can workout how to set those up in the system so everyone gets to play. Otherwise, this bay rents for 3 or 4 hours at $50 an hour.
We do offer the option to reserve the full facility for a minimum of 4 hours starting at $1000.00. Full Facility rentals can be for family gatherings, work functions, entertaining clients, or any type of celebration. There is a $200 charge for each additional hour. Anything less than 4 hours must be approved in writing by the owner prior to booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note: We do not provide refunds but will gladly reschedule your reservation for another day and time.
In the event you are running late, we will hold your Bay for 15 minutes after the start of your reserved time. If we have not heard from you after those 15 minutes, we reserve the right to re-book your Bay as a no-show. Please note that we will continue to hold your Bay if you call any time before the first 15 minutes of your reservation has expired to let us know you are still coming but running late.
